What is ELDOA™?
ELDOA™ exercises are postural exercises that aim to increase the space within a chosen joint. As you create space within a joint, there is an improvement in joint mechanics, increased blood flow, reduced pressure on the spinal disks, a reduction of pain, spinal disc rehydration, better muscle tone, improved posture, and a sense of well being and awareness.
Designed by French osteopath, Dr. Guy Voyer, the ELDOA™ Method (Etirements Longiutdinaux avec Decoaptition Osteo-Articulaire) utilizes myofascial-stretching to encourage postural normalization within a chosen joint.
